I think I’m going to go down to the tipi and see if my labyrinth is still intact. I think I’ll walk it, just for the fun of it.
I made Abey some chicken noodle soup and went down with my owls and my pine needle basket. I made a video of the wooden tipi and making the basket. My darn finger was bleeding. Having a bandaid on it is a BAD idea, cos the blood just keeps flowing under it and then crusts along the edge of the bandaid, but not really, so it flows forever!
I also walked half of the labyrinth. It’s a great labyrinth down there. It’s just a pathway through the tall grass. It was quite nice to walk the level parts of it. Part of it is too bumpy to walk without deep snow to fill in between the clumps of sedge grass.
I like that labyrinth. I should pit some arrows down there or tie some orange to show where the pathway goes.
I suppose that dusting of snow may stay for the winter now. It fell yesterday, but it didn't go away today.
I'll post the video to www.youtube.com/nancytoday in a few minutes.
